We want every fact on RatedHomeContractor to be right. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Our commitments

| Fix a factual error | Within 5 business days of receiving evidence (for example a licence number, founding year or corrected phone number) |
| Remove a business listing | Within 5 business days of a request from the business owner, no questions asked |
How to send a request
Email corrections@ratedhomecontractor.ca from an email address connected to the business. Include the business name, the page link, what is wrong and, where possible, evidence. Every profile also has "Request a correction" and "Request removal" links.
What we can and cannot change
- We will correct any factual error and recalculate the score.
- We cannot change the formula for one business, hide a public rating, or move a business up because it asks or pays.
- If you disagree with a score, show us which input is wrong and we will review it.
